What is the Season Ticket Renewal Period?
For ticket renewal, the period for this is held between February and April of each year. Invoices are mailed out in February with an April due date. If you do not receive your NFR ticket invoice by the middle of March, you should contact the Las Vegas Events Ticket office. Season tickets are not an automatic renewal, it is your responsibility to contact the events ticket office if you do not get them.
When Are Tickets Mailed?
The tickets are mailed out at the beginning of October each year. October 14th is usually the last day to receive them. The season tickets are mailed out by FedEx. If you have a P.O. Box as your main address, then The United States Postal Service will mail them to you. If you are in Canada, your tickets are mailed USPS as well. When the tickets are shipped, there is no need for a signature, however, there is a tracking number included.
If something happens to your tickets, the Las Vegas Events may reprint your tickets. To be reprinted, the account holder must contact the Las Vegas Events Ticket Office and fill out a reprint form.
Ticket Policy
The NFR ticket policy discusses all of the policies and procedures. The policy includes both Change of Information forms and transfer & will forms. If there are any questions or issues, contact the NFR or the Las Vegas Events Ticket office.
Updating your information is easy if you are a ticket holder, you must complete and sign the Change of Information form. There is a maximum of two account holders on record per ticket season. Las Vegas Events prefer that you communicate by email. Always make sure that you have your most current email listed on file with the Las Vegas Events office. This will make sure that you do not miss out on anything that is very important.
Transfer Tickets
Transferring NFR season tickets requires a few steps. With the correct documentation, any ticket holders can transfer their tickets to whom they have chosen. The documentation is very important especially when there is a will, and someone has passed away. The NFR tickets may have been willed out to someone. In this case, the will or living record is not needed for this transfer. You must have a Transfer & Will form filled out and signed.
NFR tickets can only be transferred or willed out to the immediate family members, spouse, or children. This applies to add another name as an account holder too. Family members are defined as a living spouse or partner, and children.
Children that are three years old and younger do not need a ticket for the NFR. If they can sit in an adult’s lap, they can come with an adult without a ticket.
There are several online platforms and outlets that tickets can be purchased. StubHub has tickets on sale, as well as Ticketmaster. You can get your tickets downloaded directly on your smartphones with most of these ticketing outlets. Do not forget that the NFR has a clear bag policy. Make sure to read the ticket page before going to the event.
